·         How do I place an order? Browse our store, add items to your cart, and complete checkout online.

·         Can I cancel or change my order? You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us as soon as possible.

·         Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.

·         Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States only.

·         How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive in 3-7 business days, including processing and transit time.

·         How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

·         Do you offer expedited shipping? No. We currently offer standard shipping only.

·         What is your return window? Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

·         When will I receive my refund? Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
